THE CATANIA-LAZIO AXIS, Lo Monaco says: "Martinez? Lotito asked for him in January, for an exchange with Foggia, but we refused. For him we want 12 millions cash...Mihajlovic dreams of coming to Lazio and I hope he will manage to do it!"

Lazio and Catania are trying to remain in Serie A, but during the month of January the two societies spoke about two important players: Pasquale Foggia and Jorge Martinez. Pietro lo Monaco, managing director of Catania, interwied by our site, said some important things about the first society of Rome: “My society is on good terms with Lazio, but now it's not correct speaking about transfer market becuase both societies have to achive the safety. During the month of January I spoke with Lotito about Foggia, and the President of Lazio wanted to do an exchange between Foggia and our player Martinez. We refused the purpose, because now Martinez is a top-player and we will sell him only for offers from 12 millions of Euros. Catania is a society wich exploits young players and then we will sell them to important societies. I can say that Manchester City, Roma, Juventus and Fiorentina are interested in Martinez, so I think it's quite difficult that the player can go to play in Lazio.”
As we have said, Catania is on good terms with Lazio, so the director Pietro lo Monaco send his greeting card to the President Lotito: “Lazio has a very strong team and they shouldn't be in this position in the classification. Think all the players and supporters have to keep calm. Supporters are against society, and it's not good for the team. The players are in need of supporters, they need to fell how supporters love the team.” The managing director of Catania says other important things: “ I think Lazio didn't need to buy new players. The team is very strong and I think it was more useful to keep the calm and to compact the supporters and the society.”
The last thing is for Sinisa Mihajlovic and Pasquale Foggia: “ Mihajlovic dreams of coming to Lazio? It is rightful. I hope one dy he will manage to achive all his objectives. Sinisa is very important for us: he changed the mentality of the team and now all the players fell stronger than in the past. We trust in him. Foggia? He is a very important player. I tryed a lot of times to buy him for my society, but i didn't manage to do it. A new attempt for him at the end of Serie A? I don't know, we will see...”
